Multi-Lingual Support

Overview

The Eagle-IoT platform now includes multi-lingual support, expanding its accessibility to a broader user base. With the addition of Urdu, Hindi, and Filipino, the system is better aligned with the linguistic diversity of operational teams, particularly in regions with multinational workforces.

This enhancement improves usability, reduces language barriers, and enables more effective interaction with the platform across different user roles.


Objectives

The introduction of multi-lingual support aims to:

  • Improve user adoption across diverse teams
  • Enhance operational efficiency by allowing users to work in their preferred language
  • Reduce training overhead and dependency on translations
  • Support regional compliance and localization requirements

Supported Languages

The platform now supports the following additional languages:

  • Urdu
  • Hindi
  • Filipino (Tagalog)

These are available alongside the platform’s existing default language (English and Arabic).


Key Features

1. Language Selection

Users can select their preferred language from the platform language settings. Once selected:

  • The interface updates dynamically
  • The preference is retained for future sessions
